Beyond Traditional Therapies

Inspired by Han-puri, the Korean shamanic practice of untangling grief held in the body, family systems, and lineage. These modern circles honor its ritual wisdom through release and create space for remembrance, reclamation, and belonging.
I spent a lifetime searching outside myself for a mother’s love and a deep sense of belonging, only to discover that it had been within me all along.
Through years of integration and lineage work, it became clear how much disenfranchised grief the body can carry through bloodline, family, diaspora, and the systems that shape our lives—and how easily inherited pain can be mistaken for personality.
As awareness deepened, I learned to lovingly return what was never mine to carry, making space to reconnect with divine truth.
We did not only inherit rupture. We also come from an ancient lineage.
From people who endured war, colonization, division, and loss - and still carried beauty, ritual, nourishment, devotion, spirituality, and strength forward.
We come from a culture rooted in Confucian values, reverence for ancestors, deep tradition, ceremony, and survival. We come from the land. We come from spirit. We come from a wisdom far older than the wound.
Healing is not only about naming what was lost. It is also about remembering the power, belonging, and sacred inheritance that have always lived in our blood.
This is the work offered to others.
